By creating a GulakCircle account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of India to use GulakCircle. KYC verification is required before making investments.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use GulakCircle only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, or interfere with the platform.
4. Saving Circles
Each circle is a private agreement between members. GulakCircle facilitates collection and tracking but does not guarantee returns or member behaviour.
5. Payments
All payments are processed via licensed third-party gateways. You authorise us to debit and credit per circle terms agreed at the time of joining.
6. GulakScore & Rewards
GulakScore points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be redeemed within the in-app marketplace as per current terms.
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or harm other members.
8. Limitation of Liability
GulakCircle is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for losses arising from member defaults, unauthorised access due to user negligence, or events beyond our control.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
